Welcome to the 21st year of 5 @ the Hive. This year we are featuring a 10-month block of the month program with Stonehenge fabrics. In September, you attend your first class (the day and time you chose for the entire year) and receive your first block (fabric and pattern). In subsequent months, attend the class on your chosen day and time. Show your completed block from the previous month. Receive the new month's block for free. If you miss the class or don’t complete your block, pay $5 to continue the program, and remember to pick up your block and complete it before the next class to avoid being charged again.

Program is September 5, 2025 thru June 6, 2026 (Registration closes August 16th)

Setting:

• Unique layout — that’s part of the mystery!
• The magic is in the middle. We’re not revealing the setting until the end. No peeking. No prying.
• It’s a surprise to you and, frankly, kind of a surprise to us too!

What Makes This Quilt Special:

• It’s not just another sampler — it’s all about the striking layout.
• Same block design across both sides, but presented in a fresh, unexpected way.

2025-6 Program: The regular blocks are 12” finished. The Extra Blocks, over the 10 months, will also be 12” finished. The 2025-26 program with extra blocks is for a 60” x 72” quilt top.  

Cost: The Program/cutting fee and the cost of the first month’s blocks is due when registering.

•        Regular Blocks only: $30 = First regular block is $5 + Admin fee of $25.
•        Regular & Extra Blocks: $40 = First regular block is $5 + First monthly extra block is $10 + Admin fee of $25. Extra blocks are $10 each per month through month 12.

REGISTRATION STEPS:

1.  Choose a Colorway:                             EARTH        SKY         BOTH

2.  Decide if want the Extra Block:           

Select 'Class + Materials' to also receive the Extra Block.
Select 'Class only' if you do not want the Extra Blocks.

3.  Select Class Time:

•        Friday before 1^st Saturday at 10:15 am
•        Friday before 1^st Saturday at 11:15 am
•        1^st Saturday at 10:15 am

4.   Sign-up Deadline: August 16th.

5.   Commitment: You are responsible for paying for all blocks cut for you. Notify the store immediately if you need to drop out. If blocks are not picked up for 2 months you may be removed from the program.

Additional Notes:

•        The program includes learning tricks, show-and-tell, what’s new at the store, and door prizes.
•        You can pick up blocks for a friend but must pay $5 for their regular block if they miss the meeting.
