Simply Seminole

In this Seminole Piecing Workshop we will be creating at least 5 different Seminole strip sets in class. You will be provided specific fabric requirements ahead of class. You’ll need 5 Ziploc Bags with a designated number of fabric strips cut to specific widths by the width of the fabric (selvage to selvage). (This will come via email – no patterns necessary - -just fabric strips.) Each bag will be used to create a unique Seminole Design. Bring extra fabrics and if time allows – we’ll do a few more!
Pattern: Provided in class
Supplies:
- Patterns – provided in class
- Awl or Styletto (Suggested)
- Glue Pen
- Sewing machine with BOTH open toe and 1/4” sewing feet
- Regular sewing supplies (scissors for fabric & paper)
- Rotary cutting supplies – including a ruler with a clear 45° line
- Chalk pencil/Frixion Pen
