One fabric, stacked and cut randomly, turns into a dozen fascinating kaleidoscopic blocks! Nancie shares her unique setting for these blocks, as well as tips to make construction easier.
Book: Magic Stack’n’Whack Quilts by Bethany Reynolds
Fabric: Choose a large-scale print filled with diverse shapes. Move hinged mirrors across the fabric to evaluate the kaleidoscopic effect.
If the printed repeat is 15” or more, buy six repeats.
If it is less than 15”, buy 12 repeats. The larger the repeat, the better.
